Artist of YG Ent are talented and ‘real artist’. they are not just ‘can’ but ‘good’ in their part. the actors are good with their acting. the singers are good with their singing. the rapper are good with their rapping. Sandara is the worst singer in 2NE1 but she is not ‘the worst of the worst’ if compare with other girl groups’ members. Even their ex-trainee like Hyunseung and Junsu is the talented and the hard-worker in their groups. then some artist come to YG like Psy, Superstar K Kang Seungyoon, and now Tablo. wow their ‘empire’ got stronger with more talent.
but the (kinda) bad things about it is the individualism (for groups). the strong individualism CAN lead into fight, debate or less communication. it’s not like I say that Big Bang or 2NE1 didn’t have strong bonds to each other in their group. but since each of them are talented, they are strong individual. GD, Seungri, and Taeyang are very successful with their solo. TOP, although he doing singer-promotions as duet project with GD, he also a really good actor. and Daesung, not doing solo yet but active in variety show (and I think he will be successful with solo since he is ‘the voice’ of Big Bang). 2NE1’s members also doing good job with their solo, especially Park Bom.
it’s just my thinking. OF COURSE i don’t want Big Bang or all other groups broke up. I really enjoy their music. I’m writing this because my admiration to YG and their artists that really really really cool :)
